Know

Check-in / Check-out

Your apartment will be ready for check-in on the day of arrival between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM to allow for final cleaning.

Children Are Warmly Welcome

Children up to 6 years stay with us free of charge, while children aged 6 and above are charged €37 per night. Whether it’s a playroom, crib, high chair, or changing mat – at Alpine Spa, we offer a comprehensive all-inclusive package to meet the needs of even our youngest guests.

All our residences are non-smoking apartments. We kindly ask you to enjoy smoking only outdoors on the balcony or terrace.
